More than 200 learning platforms by the university of Siegen have been surveyed, categorized, and compared to the planned SEEDS learning platform. In three divisions, Harvard University, the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development, the World Bank, and HundrED compiled comprehensive reports about 113 learning platforms used in 99 countries during COVID 19. In addition, UNICEF’s study was used by the USI. During the Covid 19 era, UNICEF also surveyed the 98 Learn platform in nine different categories.
